Innovative party ideas that are fun and inter-active

One of the most successful events I ever produced involved the rental of a mechanical bull (especially in NYC). Talk about a “wow” factor at your event. You can build a whole rodeo theme and menu around the party. The set up came with the bull, safety mats, operator and waiver forms.

Add a fun dimension to your special event by having a handwriting analysis expert review your guest’s penmanship. Include a small paragraph for each guest to handwrite the answer to a question on an RSVP card and when they show up at the event you can give them a 2-3 page personality analysis based on their handwriting.

Or you can simply have the experts on hand at your party to analyze your guests handwriting at the event also by simply having them write out a paragraph. It is a fun alternative to caricaturists, aura or Tarot readers.

In a time where cooking shows are all the rage, consider an intimate event with a live cooking demo with celebrity chefs for a personalized experience. Event Energizers can book you into several fabulous venues for a once in a lifetime experience.

On a broader level, you can change things up a bit by trying something new. Instead of creating a specialty drink for your guests delight, create a beverage theme around canned drinks such as Sofia Sparkling Wine. The petite metallic pink aluminum cans of the effervescent sparkling wine come with an individually wrapped straw, specifically included to deter lipstick smears. There are delicious canned cappuccino beverages that I have showcased at a recent event that were a huge hit.

Edible seating arrangements in a chocolate mold are a fun way to add clever personalized form and function to your event. The chocolate will serve as a give-away gift and a dessert.

  1. Thank you for another informative blog. Where else could I get that kind of info written in such a perfect way? I have a project that I am just now working on, and I have been on the look out for such information.
