2016 Winner "Best Corporate Media Event of the Year” by Exhibitor magazine for our TRESemmé 24/7 Runway Studio Pop-Up, Executive Corporate Producer & Creative Director, John oversees all aspects of design, production, and project management. He has been in the industry for 24 years and is going into his 14th year as president & founder of Event Energizers.
Launching new products, whether an innovative new nail enamel or pro-styling tools in the beauty/haircare industry to a new line of high-end whirlpool tubs to the interior design & lifestyle industry, John excels in coming up with new experiential environments. Telling a brand's anthology & celebrating their birthday to the global media is his specialty; whether a 25th year anniversary for Aussie Hair Care or 120th anniversary for Lavazza Premium Coffees.
In addition to being an expert in beauty/fashion events with clients such as Revlon, Paul Mitchell or Alfred Dunhill, John is heading up a new holiday theatrical division at Event Energizers. Premiering Thanksgiving weekend 2016, John will be producing the Polar Express Theatrical train ride: a new immersive experience combining events & theater for a short line licensee in the tristate area.
In addition to corporate clients, John also works in the charity arena with gala fundraisers for Share Our Strength, Art of Life, Children of Hope, Incarnation Children’s Center, and The Kitchen. John oversees Event Energizers social media campaigns that include: Facebook, e-mail blasts, newsletter, blogs, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest boards for fans, and Tumblr. John holds two B.A.’s from the University of Maryland, (Business and History) and a minor in Family & Community Development.
